The aim of the project is to develop biometric technology for confirming the identity for a multifunctional, self-service financial kiosk.
This will result in creating a device capable of handling many sales and after-sales functions for commercial entities and public administration.
An important function of the device, implemented within the project, will be biometric customer identification. Identification will consist in scanning the customer's identity document and verifying, using biometric methods (facial image), the consistency of data from the document (image) with the data of the person holding the document.
